Perform various routine maintenance and repair duties to the interior and exterior of buildings. Work independently from written and verbal instructions and as directed. Participate in the set up, and breakdown of campus events. Must be able to be on call on a regular scheduled basis, including participation in the snow removal program, and overtime as needed. Perform other duties as assigned and instructed by supervisor.
General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, masonry, and carpentry repairs are necessary. Must have some carpentry and general building maintenance experience. Use a variety of hand tools, and portable power tools. The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license and clean record.
