Special Projects Assistant/Flooring Experience
Previous experience in carpentry and installing a wide variety of flooring and floor repairs to all campus buildings is a requirement for this position.
The Special Projects Assistant will perform routine maintenance on campus buildings, framing, installing/repairing doors and windows, and masonry work. In addition, will participate in the setup/breakdown of campus activities and events as well as perform snow removal on campus properties. This first shift position is Monday - Friday with on-call availability required. The successful candidate must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.
Qualifications: Carpentry, all types of floor installation, masonry, suspended ceilings, drywall installation and repairs, metal studs and door installation experience, including door closure trouble shooting.
