Law Records Clerk - Part-time
WESTERN NEW ENGLAND UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW seeks applicants for a part-time Law Records Clerk position (20 hours/week). The Law Records Clerk will be responsible for the maintenance, security, and integrity of student records and dissemination of personal data, including transcripts and other key documents, in accordance with applicable policies and regulations. The Law Records Clerk will also assist the Law Registrar with other matters related to the operations of the office, and will work directly with students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
Hours may vary throughout the academic year some evening hours required. Occasional overtime for additional evenings and/or weekends will be allowed only during exam times. Excellent organizational skills and word processing knowledge. The ability to maintain confidentiality, and to work independently is required. Experience with Excel, Power Point, Word and various data management software systems.
Bachelor's degree preferred. At least one year of experience in a higher education environment, preferably in a registrar’s office and/or a law school. Office management skills a necessity.
